By accessing, registering or using any part of the bk8asia platform — including the website, mobile application or any services provided under the bk8asia.run domain — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the bk8asia platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

The bk8asia platform is only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and while using the services.
• Fully legally capable of entering into a valid contract in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not among individuals prohibited by local or international law from using online betting services.
• Have not previously been directed to close an account by bk8asia due to a prior terms violation.

Territorial Restrictions

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the use of bk8asia services is lawful in the country or jurisdiction where they reside. bk8asia does not provide legal representation for any particular jurisdiction and this disclaimer applies without exception.

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold and operate one (1) active account on the bk8asia platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, is a serious terms violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of the entire balance.

Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), active mobile number, valid email address and any other information requested. bk8asia reserves the right to verify the validity of this information at any time.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk8asia account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered as activity carried out by you personally unless you report the misuse to our support team promptly.

• Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Change your password regularly for optimal security.
• Do not use public devices or networks to access your account.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.

Accepted Payment Methods

bk8asia accepts a variety of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum processed withdrawal is RM100. bk8asia does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions, however third-party charges may vary depending on the payment service provider chosen.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted and verified by the system. This time may vary depending on system load at the time as well as any additional security verification requirements that may be needed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bk8asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal request, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank statement or any other supporting documents deemed necessary. This process is part of our platform's compliance obligations.

Welcome Bonus

bk8asia offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM200 bonus bringing your total balance to RM300. The total wagering amount to be completed is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,000, the maximum bonus is RM888 bringing the balance to RM1,888, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

General Promotion Conditions

• Each promotion has a set validity period and cannot be extended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or converted directly into cash.
• bk8asia reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Only one active promotion or bonus offer is allowed at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Betting using different accounts to fulfil bonus wagering requirements is prohibited.

bk8asia VIP Programme

The bk8asia VIP membership programme has four tiers, each with different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's betting activity and loyalty. bk8asia reserves the right to review or adjust VIP benefits at the platform's discretion.

User Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for all betting decisions made. bk8asia is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions. Betting carries the risk of losing money and all users are required to bet responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

• Use of automation software, bots or any tool designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion between users to manipulate bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of arbitrage betting methods intended to systematically exploit odds differences.
• Money laundering through the bk8asia platform in any form.
• Betting using funds that do not belong to the user or that were obtained unlawfully.

Platform Rights

bk8asia reserves the right to void, suspend or adjust any bet suspected of involving fraud, technical error, or a breach of the terms of use. In situations where a technical fault affects odds or game outcomes, bk8asia reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the user.

bk8asia takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected during the registration process and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the bk8asia Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

bk8asia's maximum financial liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of that user's active deposits in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

Closure by the User

Users may close their bk8asia account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Before closing, ensure that all eligible balances have been requested for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.

Suspension by the Platform

bk8asia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
